A Non-Governmental Organisation, Dada Oduntan Foundation has faulted Ogun State government on the healthcare sector and described the sector as being in shambles.
The coordinator of the foundation, Dele Oyetoro made this known in Abeokuta during a free healthcare programme organised for residents of Abeokuta South and its environs.
He noted that most of the government’s healthcare facilities are in poor condition and wonder why government has not gone into partnership with willing donors, set up trust fund or encourage willing individuals to come to its rescue.
He also appealed to other wealthy indigenes of the state to come and give back to their origin and make their people live healthy.
