The people of Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa have pledged their support for the Governor Seriake Dickson administration. Speaking at the Ogbia Brotherhood Hall in Ogbia Town, the people also thanked the Bayelsa Governor for earmarking N1b for infrastructure development in Ogbia Local Government Area.
Ovieteme George reports that the Ogbia Brotherhood Hall in Ogbia Town was the meeting point of Chiefs, Youth Groups, Students and Stakeholders of the kingdom and council area.
The traditional greeting preceded the deliberations at the meeting.
Youth groups and leaders of student unions appreciated the Governor Seriake Dickson administration, particularly in the Education sector.
Secretary to the State Government Kemela Okara was the special guest of honour at the occasion while the Executive and Legislative arms of government also expressed support for the Dickson administration.
The people have pledge their support for governor Dickson and the Peoples Democratic Party.
