Super Eagles and Chelsea star Victor Moses has been voted out in the ongoing 2017 CAF Team of the Year selection.
In a poll published on CAF’s Twitter handle, Moses narrowly lost out to Morocco and Wydad Casablanca player Mohamed Ounnajem for the position of the best right winger in Africa in 2017.
Ounnajem got 47 per cent of the votes cast, with Moses getting 46 per cent.
In third place is Senegal and Monaco player Keita Balde who only secured seven per cent of the votes.
But the Nigerian duo of William Troost-Ekong of Bursaspor and Junior Ajayi of Al-Ahly, were voted into the 2017 CAF Team of the Year.
