The Federal government has set up a 12-member committee to investigate the circumstances surrounding the abduction of the Dapchi school girls abducted in Yobe State.
The committee was convened by the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno .
It would be chaired by a military officer of the rank of Major General, which would comprise of one senior Provost each from all the security agencies.
They are to suggest measures that can lead to the location and rescue of the girls. The panel is expected to submit its report by March the 15th, 2018.
