Chairman and Members of the Bayelsa Assembly House Committee, Honourable Obolo Bubou on Works has described governor Seriake Dickson as a visionary leader that the Ijaw Nation should be proud of.
The lawmaker summed it up this way when they inspected on-going work at the University of Africa, the Senate Building of the Niger Delta University, the Bayelsa International Cargo Airport and other projects in the state.
Ovieteme George reports that the Onopa Tourist Island Bridge was the first port of call for the lawmakers on oversight duty.
The state legislators also inspected work at the Senate building of the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island Amassoma.
The Assembly members were also at Toru-Orua where the Auditorium of the University of Africa is gradually taking the shape of an ancient Greek Theatre.
The Obolo Bubou – led works committee rounded off its oversight duty with a visit to the Bayelsa International Cargo Airport.
