The Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba Abdurosheed Akanbi has identified provision of mentorship for the teeming youths as one of the ways to tackle youth restiveness and social decadence in the country.
Oba Abdurosheed Akanbi who stated this in his palace said Nigerian youths are in need of exemplary leaders who will act as guide for them to shun social vices like cultism and thuggery.
Oba Akanbi advised the youths to take charge of the political space and give in their best for the country in order to have all round development.

His advice was corroborated by the former acting Vice Chancellor of Osun State University, who said nation building and development may not be easily achieved unless youths get it right through proper tutelage and mentoring.
