Recent studies have shown that there is a huge decline in pipe borne water supply to Nigerians from 32 percent in the 90s to 7 percent as at 2015.
This huge decline and how to significantly improve strategies on supply is the concern of all stakeholders at the second National Retreat on Revitalization of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.
Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu says state commissioners need to take charge in order to increase supply of pipe borne water to the populace.
