United Nations war crimes experts said they are investigating reports on escalating violence and new allegations of a chlorine attack in Syria.
The report looks into recent airstrikes and shelling which have pounded Eastern Ghouta, Idlib, hospitals and medical facilities, and the alleged use of chlorine gas against civilians.
Rescue workers say at least nine people had suffered breathing problems from chemicals dropped from the air in Saraqeb.
In the last two years, a joint inquiry by the UN and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, has found that the Syrian government used the nerve agent, Sarin.
