Nasarawa State Governor Tanko Al-Makura says International donor agencies need to partner with the State Special Schools to help improve the lives of people living with disabilities.
The Governor noted that the International Day for Down Syndrome is specially set aside to articulate efforts aimed at improving the lot of these category of people at the Federal, State and community levels.
