President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Lagos on a two-day working visit. The president inaugurated the Ikeja
bus terminal as his first assignment on arrival. The Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode welcomed the president, minister of information Lai Mohamed, senior special adviser on diaspora matters, Abike Dabiri-Erewa and other dignitaries at the Alausa house, Ikeja.
Buhari commended Ambode on revamping road transportation and other infrastructural development in the state.
On his part, the Lagos state governor stated that the Ikeja bus terminal is one of the flagship transport infrastructure under the state’s bus reform initiative and the govt will inject 820 high capacity buses by September 2018.
