President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Yobe where he was received by the governor of the state.
The president is visiting the state three weeks after Boko Haram gunmen abducted 110 schoolgirls from their school in Dapchi town.
He is expected to fly to Dapchi where he will hold a townhall meeting with parents of the girl
He will be meeting with security personnel and stakeholders in the state.

Meanwhile, a detachment of security personnel including army, police and civil defence corps were deployed in strategic locations to receive the president.
