Two persons have been confirmed dead and scores injured after a storey building collapsed on Abeje street in Agege Local Government, Lagos State.
Apart from the deceased, the injured victims have been rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, Ikeja, for treatment by Lagos State Ambulance Service, LASAMBUS.
Investigation carried out by the LASEMA Response Team at the scene of incident revealed that the storey building suffered partial collapse.
The General Manager of LASEMA, Adesina Tiamiyu said that other occupants of the building have been evacuated.
He advised occupants of residential buildings in Lagos not to ignore wreckage and crack signs on buildings.
