Unknown gunmen in Kano shot dead a police sergeant before abducting Michael Cremza, a German engineeer,working with Dantata and Sawoe Company in the state.
The incident occurred along Sabon Titi Madobi Road, Kano, on Monday morning .
The armed men numbering five were said to have fire on a vehicle conveying Michael Cremza on his way to a construction site.
spokesman of the police in the state,Musa Majia, said the command has deployed a team of operatives and detectives to cordon the axis.

The incident comes one week after a Kano-based Syrian was killed while his son was kidnapped.
