The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris has restated Ali Janga as the Commissioner of Police in Kogi State.
Kogi command Spokesman, ASP Williams Aya said Janga returned to office on Tuesday on the orders of the Inspector -General of Police, Ibrahim Idris.
Janga was reinstated after meeting the one week ultimatum given to him by the Police boss to re-arrest the suspects who escaped from police custody last week.
He also confirmed that all the six suspects had been re-arrested and 13 persons that aided their escape had been arrested in Lokoja.
