The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, will give the Nigeria National League, the Nationwide League and the Nigeria Women Football League a support grant of N200m.The sum represents a share of the Nigeria football sponsorship deal between the NFF and oil and gas company, Aiteo.
The Federation said its support is to help the two Leagues gain stability.
Aiteo also helps the NFF with the funds to pay national teams coaches of the country. The grant is also subject to a yearly review.

But the NFF has advised the three Leagues to make effort to gain financial autonomy and stability.
