Nigeria Police Force, Kano Command has recovered 61 arms, consisting of 37 rifles and 23 pistols and an arrow from individuals in the state.
The recovered arms were confiscated by the Police force sequel to the Inspector General Directive.
Kano Police Commissioner, Rabiu Yusuf disclosed this to news men shortly after displaying the arms in the state.
He says ultimatum has been given to those who are yet to surrender their weapons to do so immediately to the command.
The Kano State Police Boss added that other recovered items are 127 Catridges, 309 .6 MM and 86 rounds of point 3 mm live ammunitions.
