A bill for an Act to Establish the Federal University Of Technology, Ogoja in Cross River state has passed second reading in the house of representatives. Sponsor of the bill, House member Jarigbe Jarigbe says the university will not only bring about development and youth engagement, but will also put an end to wasting productive hours travelling to Calabar to seek admission.
