Fighting between different factions of the All progressives Party and the Peoples Democratic Party has erupted at the rivers state high court complex and its environs.
Gunfire was exchanged Friday morning while bottles and stones were used in the fisticuffs by the crowds.
TVC NEWS gathered that the fighting was over the local government congress.
The court complex is currently on lockdown and offices around the court premises have ben shut.
