Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has described Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso’s defection to the Peoples’ Democratic Party as the ‘Practice of Nomadism’ in Politics.
And he says the defection will not stop the All Progressives Congress from giving President Muhammadu Buhari the earlier promised votes in Kano State.
