The European Union’s chief Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier has warned that the United Kingdom cannot afford to lose time in solving the Northern Ireland border issue.
After delivering a report on the UK’s Brexit plan to the EU affairs ministers from 27 member states except the UK on Friday, Barnier said at a press conference that the UK’s Brexit White Paper opened the way to a constructive discussion but many issues are yet to be solved.
