The Senate has summoned the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, to explain the constitutional basis for the controversial Executive Order Number 6 and other Executive orders issued by the President.
The lawmakers are contending that the order violates the principles of separation of powers and usurps the law making functions of the National Assembly.
