The Rivers state police command has arrested a suspected mastermind of a recent cult clash that led to the killing of eleven persons in Ikwerre Local Government Area.
Also paraded were members of a gang allegedly responsible for the kidnap and murder of a retired senior Army officer, two years ago.
State Police Commissioner, Zaki Ahmed, is optimistic the force is winning the war against cultism, armed robbery and kidnapping.
