An Igbo socio cultural group has embarked on a nationwide rally to convince Ndigbo to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 elections.
The New South East People’s Traditional Consultative Parliament says Buhari’s reelection will create room for a president from their region come 2023.
