No retreat until Sen. Dino Melaye surrenders says Police as siege continues at his residence

The police has announced that it will not retreat until Senator Dino Melaye surrenders himself for arrest and investigation.

Acting DCP Moshood, Spokesperson of the Police says Senator Melaye is wanted by the Police for a case of Criminal Conspiracy and Attempted Culpable Homicide.

Moshood also added that the Force will ensure a thorough investigation into the matter to ensure the rule of law prevails.

The Force also accused Senator Melaye of failing to honour Police invitation in July.

TVC news gathered that power and water supply has been cut from the Senator’s residence.
