President Muhammadu Buhari is now in Sokoto to condole with the family of Former President, Shehu Shagari.
The president’s plane took off from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja some few minutes after 9 am.
Shehu Shagari who was buried in shagari town yesterday according to Islamic rites died at 93 in Abuja after a protracted illness.
President Muhammadu Buhari was represented at the funeral rites by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.

The President gave a directive yesterday to have flags flying at half-mast for three days, starting from today in honour of the Former President.
