A Viennese church and five monks have been injured in a church robbery in Vienna.
According to reports, the two perpetrators broke into a monastery church in northern Vienna at about 12.30p.m and held the monks, some of them tied up, for over three hours.
The injured monks, aged between 56 and 68, were found by police officers at around 4p.m local time.
The police says it was told one of the suspects demanded cash and valuables.
A large-scale manhunt has been launched to find the suspects.
