Careen Cheptoek of Kenya has won the 4th edition of the Lagos women Run.
She ran a time of 29 minutes to win the 10kms race from Tafawa Balewa square to Teslim Balogun stadium, Surulere.
Deborah Pam of Nigeria came second.
