China says it will send over 50 spacecraft into space via over 30 launches this year.
The China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) made this known on Tuesday.
Vice president of the CASC, Yang Baohua at a press conference said the major missions include the third Long March-5 large carrier rocket will be launched in July.
The Chang’e-5 lunar probe is scheduled to be launched to the moon to bring lunar samples back to Earth for the first time.

China will also launch a new Earth observation satellite, Gaofen-7, and witness its first sea-launch by the Long March-11 rocket in 2019.
