The Nigeria Customs Service, Federal Operation Unit, Zone B has arrested 21 suspected smugglers and seized goods worth N218 million Duty Paid Value.
The FOU Comptroller, Mustapha Sarkin-Kebbi made the disclosure during a joint press conference in Katsina State.
Mustapha said the arrest and seizures made in the last one month are from Kaduna, Kano and Katsina States.
The seized items according to the Comptroller include 4,000 bags of 50kg parboiled rice, kegs of Vegetable oil, bales of second hand clothes and some illicit drugs.
