The speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Ali Ahmad, has accused the All Progressives Congress-led federal government of deliberate marginalisation of Kwara state in its appointments. He added that the federal government deliberately denies the state of its entitlement .
Ahmad stated this at the inauguration of the Atiku/Obi presidential campaign office in Ilorin.
He cited the example of denial of Kwara state in the appointment of federal commissioners for federal civil service and its exclusion from the school feeding programme.
He disclosed that the Peoples Democratic Party has already promised to right all the wrongs if Atiku Abubakar is voted in as the next president.
