Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has advised Nigerians to show more commitment to national unity and democratic development.
Osinbajo gave the advice during the funeral service of the founder of Oodua People’s Congress, OPC, Frederick Fasehun held at the Saint Stephen’s Anglican Cathedral Church, Ondo.
He maintained that the Late Faseun spent his lifetime and resources on the restoration of democracy.
Governor Rotimi Akeredolu said Fasehun’s contributions to the development of Yoruba race and national unity remain indelible in the nation”s history.
In a sermon, the Archbishop of Ondo Province, Anglican Communion, Most Revd Gabriel Akinbiyi said death is inevitable for all irrespective of positions or status.
