The Code of Conduct Tribunal, has commenced hearing on the motion challenging the court’s jurisdiction to hear the case against the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen.The CCT had adjourned to 22nd of January to enable the registrar of the CCT, serve the CJN, Walter Onnoghen with charges and summons.
At the last sitting, counsel to the CJN, Wole Olanipekun had argued that the CJN was not served personally, that services was done done through his personal assistant, which is against the provisions of the law
