The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered a service of court processes by a
substituted means on former Minister of Information, Jerry Gana.
A 3-Man panel of justices of the appellate court made the order while
delivering a ruling on an ex parte application filed by counsel to the
former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke.
An FCT High Court had declared Professor Gana as the authentic presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party for the forthcoming 2019 general elections.

The hearing of the appeal has been adjourned till January 3rd 2019
