Under the theme “Winning the Fight against Corruption: A Sustainable Path to Africa’s Transformation”, the Heads of States and Governments of the 55 member States would consider reports on institutional reforms of the AU which started in 2017, the African continental Free trade Area and the implementation of the Assembly decision on post-cotonou negotiations.
