The Federal high court, Lagos today adjourned till Thursday the scheduled arraignment of the former head of the Nigeria Intelligence Agency, Ayodele Oke and his Wife Folashade Oke by the EFCC.
The case which was earlier billed for today was adjourned because it was not listed in the case file.
Mr Rotimi Oyedepo appeared for the prosecution and informed the court that although the case was still not listed, he was seeking a clear direction from the court in the circumstances.
He said that the prosecution was having issues with service of the charge on the defendants, adding that he wished to predicate on the existing charge before the court to make certain applications.
Mr oke and his wife, are facing a four-count charge of money laundering running into millions of dollars.
