The Badminton Federation of Nigeria has invited 30 players for the All Africa Badminton Championships taking place in Port-Harcourt on 22nd April 2019
Nigerian men and women’s number one, Anu Opeyori, and Dorcas Adesokan top the list of 30 players who have opened camp in preparation for the All Africa Senior Badminton Championship.
All the players except Tosin Atolagbe have reported to the training camp ahead of the competition coming up next month in Port-Harcourt.
Atolagbe is absent from the team due to family reason.
The camp is under the supervision of head coach of the national badminton team, Benjamin Orakpo.
President of the Badminton Federation of Nigeria, Francis Orbih is optimistic the country will put up a good showing at the continental championship.
