Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Samuel Ortom of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the Benue state governorship election.
He polled 434, 473 votes to defeat his All Progressives Congress (APC) counterpart, Emmanuel Jime who garnered 345, 155 votes.
