The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has granted access to President Muhammadu Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress, to inspect the materials used for the conduct presidential election.
In ex parte application for the order of inspection, President Muhammad Buhari and the All Progressives Congress had requested access to the materials to enable them to defend in any petition filed by any presidential candidate not satisfied with the outcome of the election.
