Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed that one of the four people detained in New Zealand after mass shootings at two mosques in Christchurch is Australian.
The gunman is believed to have live streamed the attacks on social media.

Witnesses told media that a man dressed in a military-style, camouflage outfit, and carrying an automatic rifle had started randomly shooting people in the Al Noor mosque.
An official notice has recommended that “residents across Christchurch remain off the streets and indoors until further notice. Christchurch schools will be locked down until further notice.”
