Nigerian leaders have been urged to be more open and transparent in their leadership in order to tackle the challenges brought about by corruption. This call was made in Abuja at the launch of a book titled “Nigeria-Reawakening the Giants”.
Correspondent Tijesu Adeoye reports that Nigeria usually referred to as the giant of Africa, is faced with serious social and economic challenges such as corruption, insecurity, poverty and so many others. Nigeria – Reawakening the Giant”, talks about the challenges Nigeria faces as a nation and also highlights ways to restore it’s dignity as a country.
Asides the call for change, participants at the launch want Nigerian leaders to be more open and transparent in their leadership.
