It’s a day after the deadly bank robbery at Ido-ani in Ose Local government area of Ondo state in which six persons were killed.
Government officials led by the state deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi have
visited the scene of the robbery attack and also visited the monarch of the town, the Alani of Idoani, Olufemi Olutoye who described the incident as unfortunate.
The monarch blamed the porous nature of the community which is a border town as one of the reasons for the attack.
He also thanked security agencies for their response.
The monarch reported that the robbers invaded his palace when they could not get enough from the bank.
He also added that the robbers dropped some explosives within his compound.
