The dismissal takes immediate effect. The commission also approved the immediate reduction in rank of six other officers for gross misconduct.
The commission also approved the punishment and severe reprimand for five officers.
The commission’s decision were part of the outcome of its fifth plenary meeting which held in Abuja on the 26th and the 27th of March 2019.
