This was disclosed by Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika at the First International Civil Aviation Organisation and World Tourism Organisation conference in Cape Verde.
Sirika said the move is in line with existing Bilateral Air Service Agreement between both countries on the provisions of the Single African Air Transport Market.
He added that the deal was for Cape Verde to begin flight operations into Nigeria as they hope to partner with Nigerian airline.
