Five people have died after a building undergoing renovation collapsed in China.
14 people were pulled from the rubble alive by rescuers and are receiving treatment at nearby hospitals.
The building in Shanghai’s Changning district collapsed late in the morning, trapping some 20 people inside.

Residents living near the building said it was being constructed at a fast pace, and some complained of noise through the night.
More than 150 rescuers are on the scene but they have not said how the building collapsed.
