President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over the Valedictory session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting started about 11.00am with the rendition of the National anthem. Muslim opening prayer was said by the Minister of Environment ,Suleiman Hassan while the Christian opening prayer was offered by the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Usani Uguru.
The meeting immediately went into closed doors after the prayers. Journalists were asked to leave.
