Troops of the Nigerian Army Headquarters Garrison have begun a five-day training operation meant to improve their ability to deliver during operations.
Doubling as a competition, the training focuses on arms handling, map reading, drills and obstacle crossing.
The beginning of a training for soldiers of the rank of Warrant Officers and Master Warrant Officers of the Nigerian Army.
The 5 day training will also put to test the ability of troops to handle weapons, read maps and cross obstacles.
The Nigerian Army authorities are optimistic that at end of the exercise, the troops will be better positioned for operations.
