Three confirmed cases of Ebola have been confirmed in Uganda, the first being a 5-year-old boy who has been reported to have passed on at a hospital in Uganda.
The two confirmed cases, according to reports, are a mother and her eight-months old baby.
The outbreak in Uganda comes in the wake of a deadly outbreak in DR Congo’s provinces North Kivu and Ituri, which has persisted for 10 months.
