Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II has replied query issued him by Kano state government over an alleged misappropriation of N3.4bn.
The Emir responded through Acting Secretary of the Kano Emirate Council, Abba Yusuf.
In his reply, the Emir said the Emirate account was N1.8bn when he was appointed. He also noted that he is not the Account Officer of the Council but the Secretary.
The Government issued Kano Emir query 48 hours ago demanding his response.
