The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released over four thousand more results of its recently conducted Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.
The board’s Head, Media and Information, Fabian Benjamin, said the released results were among the over thirty four thousand that were initially withheld while announcing the results on May 11.
The Registrar of the board, Ishaq Oloyede, had explained that of the total number of results withheld, over fifteen thousand candidates’ results were withheld for further clarifications as identical twins and siblings.
A total of one million, eight hundred and sixty eight thousand, five hundred and eight candidates had registered for the examination that took place from April 11 to April 18.
