The police in Ondo State say they have arrested the suspected killers of the Bursar of the Anglican Diocese of Akure, Gabriel Kolawole.
The suspects had trailed the victim from the bank, where he went to withdraw money for the diocesan office.
The duo, according to the State Commissioner of Police, Undie Adie specialise in attacking bank customers.
Six other suspects were also apprehended for various offences, ranging from alleged kidnapping, rape, armed robbery to damage of electricity cables.
Gabriel Kolawole was killed in cold blood on 4th of April, at the Diocesan office of the Akure Anglican Communion by some gunmen.
His untimely death was a rude shock to the Anglican family in Ondo State.
The two suspects, Martins Adetoye and Lawrence Adebayo were arrested in connection with the gruesome murder of the bursar.
They were not the only suspects paraded by the police.
Six others were also apprehended for various offences, ranging from alleged kidnapping, rape, armed robbery to damage of electricity cables.
The Police Commissioner expressed readiness of the command to rid the state of all forms of crimes.
